Job Description

Multinational spirits company is looking for an HR Manager for strategic and operational support to its local business

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure the implementation of any day-to-day HR-related activity according to the organization's needs.
  • Provide support and guidance to the overall compensation and benefit procedures.
  • Monitor the workflow, report inefficiencies, and provide analytical support based on HR best practices.
  • Collaborate at a strategic level with internal/external partners as well as stakeholders.
  • Contribute to implementing HR policies and legal regulations.

Required skills

  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR manager in a fast-paced global environment
  • Native Japanese and business level in English

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of the Japanese Labor law
