Multinational spirits company is looking for an HR Manager for strategic and operational support to its local business
Monitor and ensure the implementation of any day-to-day HR-related activity according to the organization's needs.
Provide support and guidance to the overall compensation and benefit procedures.
Monitor the workflow, report inefficiencies, and provide analytical support based on HR best practices.
Collaborate at a strategic level with internal/external partners as well as stakeholders.
Contribute to implementing HR policies and legal regulations.
At least 5 years of experience as an HR manager in a fast-paced global environment
Native Japanese and business level in English
Knowledge of the Japanese Labor law
