Exchange Server System Management Engineer

Job Description

You will be in charge of customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, and support of Exchange Server. Also, you support the customers to build, deploy, operate and optimize enterprise environment.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and support Microsoft Exchange Server
  • Implement and manage high availability and disaster recovery solutions for Exchange Server.
  • Manage Email security appliances.
  • Transport services POP3 IMAP and Backup Management
  • Configuring secure connections (SSL/TLS), implementing antivirus/antispam solutions, and compliance requirements

Hybrid: First 4-12 weeks - 80-90% at customer site, After that - 25-30% at customer site, remaining time Work-from-Home

Required skills

  • Experience in Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, 2013, 2016, or 2019.
  • Experience in implementing and managing high availability and disaster recovery solutions for Exchange Server, such as Database Availability Groups (DAGs), backup & recovery strategies, and mailbox replication.
  • Experience in Exchange Server migration projects, including planning and executing migrations from older versions to newer versions or to Exchange Online (Office 365).
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and networking concepts
  • Knowledge of best practice of Exchange Server security, such as configuring secure connections (SSL/TLS), implementing antivirus/antispam solutions, and compliance requirements.

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of PowerShell and Scripting
  • Skills in ADFS and Azure AD Connect
  • Experience in managing to configure and ensuring availability of messaging services Office365 Administration
