Job Description

Design the product UI and UX for a young educational technology company which is allowing many students to continue learning during the covid crisis

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Planning and design of the UX of the educational application and service of the company
  • Design UI of both web and native app, including wireframing, creating mock-ups and prototypes
  • Setting up and executing user tests and utilizing analytics tools like Google Analytics to gather insights on the designs, and find improvements
  • Conducting user interviews, surveys and ethnography studies to find useful insights for the product usability and design

Required skills

  • 2+ years of experience with UI design of web or mobile apps (ideally BtoC)
  • Experience of utilizing UX tools like customer journey and user research
  • Logical thinking skills and ability to convey ideas in logical manner
  • Native level of Japanese

Preferred skills

  • Experience in startup environment
  • Design experience of SaaS
