Job Description

Global Payment Solution Provider seeking for an experienced Customer Success Manager

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage existing client relationship and play an active role in developing and building long-term relationships with key users to identify emerging business
  • Collaboratively develop value propositions that address client needs
  • Being proactive in strengthening existing relationships and creating new ones to maximize acquisition, retention, and up-sell
  • Being able to drive merchant retention through ongoing relationship management
  • Cabable to manage cross-functional teams (including TAMs, Sales and operations) to execute client needs

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 to 7 years of customer success or account servicing experience with complex, enterprise solutions to merchant/enterprise clients
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple clients, developing
  • opportunities and exceeding new business targets contributing to company revenue growth
  • Experience in Consumer payments is a plus, otherwise ecommerce, Maas or Saas expertise
