Corporate Governance Reform Support Consultant

Job Description

One of the leading Global Consulting Firm is looking to hire manager consultants for their Corporate Governance Reform team

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Delegating and scheduling tasks and evaluating team performance and client needs
  • Various management responsibilities such as project planning, project composition and closing
  • Identifying and managing risks
  • Provide guidance and support to senior consultants and consultants to ensure the quality of deliverables
  • Contribute to the development of the team by mentoring and coaching team members

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years of project management or team management experience
  • Practical experience in the GRC industry
  • Practical consulting experience in Corporate Governance and Risk Management or Corporate Law
  • Knowledge and expertise in Corporate Governance and Risk Management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Native-level Japanese language proficiency

Preferred skills

  • Business-level English
  • Corporate Governance, Risk Management, and internal control-related working experiences are welcome
