Job Description

A well-known Financial Services Institution, expects the candidate to contribute to global Operations improvement.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Identify operational process risks contribute to system improvement projects.
  • Coordinate with different business functions such as Tech, IT and Front-to-Back Office.
  • Ensure operations process is liaising with local and global compliance regulations.
  • Actively engage in regulatory change and Operations control activities.
  • Act as central contact for the business and manage relationships with stakeholders.

Required skills

  • Advanced Japanese and English proficiency.
  • Experience in Operations, Operations Control, Risk and Project Management within Financial Services industry.

Preferred skills

  • Solid understanding of Japanese and Global Financial Regulatory terms.
  • Leadership competency.

Personal Attributes

  • Strong communication skills and self-motivated.
  • Team player with excellent relationship management skills.
