Are you an HR all-rounder with a passion for people and process? We're working with a growing financial services firm based in North Sydney, seeking a confident and capable HR Officer to join their high-performing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a broad HR support role where you'll assist across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.
Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist with recruitment administration and candidate coordination
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Support payroll preparation and employee benefits administration
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
Previous experience in an HR support or coordinator role
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience using Employment Hero or similar HRIS - highly desirable
Background in financial services or a professional services environment will be highly regarded
