Cutover Manager - ERP Deployment

📍 Location: Sydney CBD + WFH
📅 Contract: 12 months

Are you an experienced Cutover Manager ready to lead the transition from legacy systems to a modern ERP environment? We're looking for someone to drive the successful deployment of an ERP ensuring a seamless go-live and minimal disruption to operations.

🚀 What you'll be doing

• Develop and manage the end-to-end cutover strategy and workplan.

• Oversee all deployment activities across technical and business streams.

• Coordinate with IT, vendors, and operational teams to ensure service readiness.

• Minimise downtime through effective planning, including data catch-up and backout strategies.

✅ What we're looking for

• Proven experience in leading cutover or deployment planning for large-scale ERP implementations (ideally Workday, SAP, or Oracle).

• Strong understanding of system transitions and interations.

• Skilled at managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication.

• Background in project delivery, release management, or technical deployment is ideal.
