Fantastic opportunity for a Senior PMO Analyst to join a well-known financial services client based in Sydney CBD.

THis role will sit within their transformation and technology office, and is charged with the transformation of the business and the end-to-end delivery of programs and projects. The Senior PMO Analyst is responsible for supporting projects, programmes and portfolios in achieving their committed outcomes.

This is a contract role initially for 12 months, with likelihood to extend.

Hybrid work set up - Sydney CBD (3 days in a week) and work from home

Rate is $800 to $850 per day + super

About the Job:

  • Ensure financial information projects, programs and portfolios is accurate and up- to-date
  • Support Project managers in building quality forecasts and ensuring project costs are captured correctly
  • Provide oversight and support for financial activities that support procurement management
  • Identify and analyse data that provides insights that support delivery outcomes and for key stakeholders or via reporting
  • Prepare and provide regular, timely and accurate project reporting to key stakeholder groups in accordance with required format and timeframes
  • Ensure all relevant delivery data has been accurately captured in the required tools or templates
  • Complete reviews of data held within our delivery tools to ensure that changes have been implemented effectively
  • Support the Transformation Management Office in implementing governance standards across relevant projects, programs and portfolios

About You:

  • Experience in a senior role within the Transformation Management Office or Enterprise PMO supporting change across a business wide transformation / large complex business and technology programs.
  • Experience within the Australian financial services industry
  • PM Certification (PMI-SP, PMP, Prince 2, Safe Agile)
  • Experience in using Project Management and collaboration software such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective senior stakeholder management with proven ability to influence stakeholders to deliver sustainable outcomes.
