The Senior Business Analyst (BA) is required to maintain, build and manage productive relationships with the wider business. Your new team is responsible for payments strategy, portfolio delivery and operations - both domestically as well as international.
Elicitation of business goals, requirements and populate a coherent prioritised platform/ product change backlog
Ensure business needs are properly modelled, analysed and reflected and any impacts to benefit benefits are captured and agreed
Play a primary role with prioritisation of requirements and support estimation process
Provide guidance and oversight for the Delivery Teams to generate the most appropriate solution
Manage and oversee the delivery of requirements through a complete delivery lifecycle eg. Waterfall and Agile/Iterative
Oversee the Analysis, Testing and Deployment of the prioritised Business Requirements on delivery
Assist with strategy definition at the Leadership level. Translate business strategy into future state operational processes and systems
Contribute to maintaining Enterprise Business Architecture. Identify business requirements for enhancements to systems and / or business processes. Lead development of the business case. Coordinate / Lead business requirement and business improvement initiatives
Lead reviews of business requirements and solution designs with relevant stakeholders and leadership to obtain agreement and sign off of proposals. Works closely with stakeholders and organisational change management to identify impacts to business processes as a result of system or application changes.
Payments Experience in SWIFT, ISO, IMT, RTGS, STP, PMS or NPP
Agile experience (including the use of using key agile delivery tools (e.g. Business Genetics and Jira).
Minimum three years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst
