An exciting opportunity for a Change manager to assist a compliance team in the implementation of a compliance framework.
This leading Government Department is seeking a Change Compliance Manager for a 6 month, based in Sydney. In this role you will be responsible for assisting the enterprise compliance team across a range of streams to enable the implementation of a compliance framework across the enterprise.
Key accountabilities:
Lead and develop awareness communications, learning and development materials and training plans to support the implementation of the compliance framework.
Conduct change impact assessment on related compliance framework & new GRC system.
Provide expert advice, support and guidance on compliance management to Executive Directors and Directors to develop an enterprise compliance framework and to ensure effective compliance outcomes.
Provide high level support to Executive Directors and Directors to establish plans for emerging and changing legal, regulatory and other compliance obligations relevant to their business.
Deliver expert advice, support and coaching on compliance management strategies, practices and procedures to protect and support the organisation in addressing the risks associated with compliance.
Support the development of a strong, effective and efficient professional team operating ethically and with a clear focus on delivering outcomes to ensure the delivery of high quality best practice compliance management initiatives and outcomes.
Essential requirements:
3-5 years change and strategic frameworks experience in compliance.
Experience in Government is preferred.
Practical hands-on experience of new IT solutions and Learning & Development needs for Compliance / GRC preferred (recent experience, last 1-2 years).
