An exciting opportunity for a change analyst to work across a range of initiatives within a major improvement program of work.
This leading Government Department is seeking a Change Analyst for a 6 month contract contract based in Sydney. In this role you will be responsible for providing support to change managers and program leads across a range of initiatives within a major culture improvement program.
Engage with key stakeholders in the end to end change lifecycle to deliver desired outcomes.
Responsible for development and delivery of the change impact assessment analysis to inform the change plan or approach. Create RACI on key deliverables and tasks. Provides support if required to Strategy development for a Change Manager or Change Specialist.
Support workshop planning and scoping for Benefits planning.
Deliver change adoption analysis to inform Change Reports, and compile Change reports in support of the change Manager where directed.
Support assessment of Change readiness prior to Go Live and support develop transition plans containing all necessary activities to transition the business to new ways of working.
Support the Change planning process with relevant stakeholders. Coordinate input from various Change partnership areas as required.
2-3 years of experience as a change analyst within large complex organisations, ideally Government.
Strong analysis skills with strong experience conducting current & future state analysis.
Change readiness assessments experience.
Ideally with a HR background or people and culture change experience.
