Analyze website user behavior and propose conversion rate improvement strategies
Plan and execute data-driven tests, including wireframe design and implementation
Lead PDCA cycles based on KPIs and analytical insights

Design and implement marketing strategies to support growth goals
Manage team members, build cross-functional collaboration, and foster high performance
Define KPIs and lead strategic planning to achieve marketing and business objectives
Experience:
5+ years in digital marketing strategy or web optimization roles
3+ years managing teams in a marketing or product capacity
Strong background in KPI design, PDCA execution, and UX/UI improvements
Proven ability to execute marketing initiatives backed by data analysis
Soft Skills:
Proactive leadership with a passion for innovation
Strong team-building and cross-functional communication skills
Japanese: Native level
English: Conversational to Intermediate
Product management experience or familiarity with product launches
Understanding of web engineering (front-end, back-end, infrastructure)
Experience working with designers and engineers in Agile environments
Background in stakeholder negotiation (internal and external)
