Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical sales and business development for cutting-edge life science solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with BioPharma and academic customers
- Develop and manage distributor partnerships to expand market presence
- Deliver expert consultation during the full sales cycle, from discovery to onboarding
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and workshops
- Support marketing and operations, including contracts, events, and documentation
- Report on sales metrics, forecasting, and territory planning
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years in life science sales or support, preferably with NGS or multi-omics expertise
- Background in selling or supporting scientific solutions to BioPharma and academic clients
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of genomics, biomarkers, and molecular diagnostics
- Experience managing sales pipelines and distributor networks
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to align technical offerings with client needs and objectives
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native
- English: Business level preferred
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Distributor relationship management experience
