Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

7+ years in talent acquisition, either in-house or at a recruitment agency

Expertise in direct sourcing, headhunting, and managing full-cycle hiring

Familiarity with ATS systems and digital sourcing tools
