Partner with Sales, Marketing, Digital, and IT to strengthen omnichannel engagement
Champion the adoption of AI, analytics platforms, and commercial digital tools
Experience:
5+ years in SFE, sales operations, or consulting within the pharmaceutical industry
Demonstrated success in sales analytics, performance design, or incentive strategy
Experience working in global, cross-functional, multicultural environments
Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills
Business-level Japanese and English proficiency
Soft Skills:
Excellent strategic planning and communication abilities
Strong stakeholder management and collaborative mindset
Japanese: Fluent
English: Business level
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred
Postgraduate degree (MBA, MSc) is a plus
Veeva certification or MR qualification welcomed
