Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business and expand enterprise customer relationships with advanced identity security and privileged access management solutions.
- Develop strategic account plans and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Collaborate with technical, marketing, and channel teams to deliver tailored cybersecurity proposals.
- Partner with global teams and external partners to maximize business growth.
- Support enterprise customers in strengthening identity security and risk reduction initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven track record in enterprise software or cybersecurity sales, with consistent quota achievement.
- Strong understanding of identity security, IAM, PAM, or related cybersecurity domains.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented, consultative sales approach.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to rapidly evolving cybersecurity trends.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level.
- English: Intermediate to Business level.
