Join a well-established industrial services company as an RSS Service Operator, delivering onsite rental and project services across the Kanto region. In this role, you will manage project proposals, planning, equipment preparation, and onsite execution while ensuring safe and efficient operations. You will work directly with customers and partner companies, supporting field activities, gas measurement tasks, and safety-related onsite procedures in a dynamic and hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Propose and create project quotations using dedicated software.
- Conduct project discussions with customers onsite or online.
- Prepare equipment and materials required for industrial onsite operations.
- Execute onsite work, including setup, dismantling, supervision, and gas measurement.
- Manage project schedules and coordinate with customers and partner companies.
- Prepare completion reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
- Support confined space entry training and participate in monthly meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Experience in industrial equipment sales, service engineering, onsite operations, or site supervision.
- Experience with customer negotiations and coordination.
- Experience working in regulated, safety-sensitive onsite environments.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong initiative and ability to manage diverse operational responsibilities.
- Clear communication skills in field and project settings.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Intermediate to Business level.
- English: Conversational level.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in plant or factory onsite operations or supervision.
