Key Responsibilities
- Support senior leadership in enhancing global risk management frameworks
- Plan and execute key initiatives including risk policy development and budgeting

- Coordinate closely with global teams on compliance and risk awareness efforts
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5-7 years in risk management, regulatory, or consulting roles within financial services
- Familiarity with global financial regulations and enterprise risk practices
- Experience engaging with senior management or board-level reporting
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in preparing strategic documentation and presentations in English and Japanese
- Strong understanding of capital markets, regulatory frameworks, and risk analytics
Soft Skills:

- Excellent communicator and collaborator across global, cross-functional teams
