A leading digital travel experience platform is seeking a Partnership Marketing Manager to drive strategic growth through alliances with financial institutions and e-commerce partners. This role will lead initiatives focused on customer acquisition, brand visibility, and co-branded marketing campaigns. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful programs and directly shape the future of travel and fintech integration in Japan.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities across banks, credit cards, and fintech platforms
- Develop and execute co-branded marketing strategies to acquire users and promote products
- Manage partner relationships and ensure alignment of goals for mutual business success
- Perform SWOT analyses and make data-backed recommendations to increase traffic and conversion
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless onboarding and execution of joint initiatives
- Lead integrated planning and campaign rollout across marketing and business development teams
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing partnerships, business development, or traffic acquisition
Soft Skills:
- Excellent project management, stakeholder communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and data tools for presentations and reporting
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native-level fluency
- English or Mandarin: Business-level proficiency is a plus

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams or working in matrix organizations
