A global leader in medical technology is seeking a Lead Specialist, Supply & Inventory Planning to optimize inventory investment, streamline supply processes, and enhance the customer experience. This role will see you manage inventory performance, implement effective planning strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and align stocking strategies with KPIs and financial targets.
- Partner with Demand Planners to set optimal cycle and safety stock levels, preventing excess inventory and backorders.
- Develop and implement PSI (Purchase, Sales, and Inventory) plans, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Place and manage purchase orders and master data, ensuring high data quality for reliable planning and decision-making.
- Monitor inventory performance against business targets, take corrective actions, and continuously improve supply processes.
