In this role, you will work directly with institutional clients, providing market insights, executing trades, and contributing to the bank's equity sales and trading growth in Japan. Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-touch Japanese equity trades, including cash and swap products.
- Manage and develop relationships with institutional clients in Japan.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of Japanese equity trading experience at an investment bank in Japan.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level (spoken and written).
- English: Intermediate to Business level.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience handling both cash equity and equity swap products.
- Familiarity with institutional client coverage in Japan.
