Manage multiple concurrent infrastructure projects through planning, execution, and delivery.
Create and maintain key project documentation including企画書, 要求定義書, and release evaluations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure project alignment.
Lead stakeholder meetings, draft minutes, and track project progress against schedules and budgets.
Ensure timely and cost-effective execution while upholding quality and compliance standards.
Experience:
3+ years of IT project management experience, with a focus on infrastructure.
Documentation:
Skilled in creating企画書, 要求定義書, and related project documents.
Management Skills:
Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
Language:
Fluent Japanese (verbal and written) is essential.
Candidates must reside in Japan and hold valid work authorization.

Experience in data center or infrastructure-heavy environments.
Familiarity with payment systems, fintech platforms, or regulated IT environments.
