HR Generalist

Roles/Responsibilities
HR Operations:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for Japan, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with Japanese labor laws, company policies, and procedures.

Employee Relations:

• Act as the first point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related queries and providing guidance on policies.
• Foster a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement initiatives.

Required skills

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist in Japan, ideally in an international or fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Japanese labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office tools.
