Key Responsibilities
- Design and conduct market research to support data-driven business decisions.
- Identify market gaps and growth opportunities to increase profitability.
- Introduce and apply new research methodologies to strengthen Strategy & Analytics capabilities.
- Work closely with Medicine, Legal, and other internal teams to clarify business needs.
- Serve as the main liaison to the global team to ensure alignment with worldwide strategy.
- Manage multiple projects and external vendors to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, data privacy regulations, and ethical guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance.
- Strong experience in designing and analyzing various types of market research.
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, regulations, and healthcare systems.
Soft Skills:
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust and strong relationships.
- Adaptability and willingness to work across multiple teams.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native
- English: Intermediate to Business level
