You will belong to Strategy Function of the business that focus on growth initiatives.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Manage financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for business operations.
• Oversee capital allocation to optimize profitability and organizational growth.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Conduct risk analysis and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.
• Drive cost management and efficiency improvement across financial functions.

Required skills

• Fluent proficiency in both Japanese and English.
• Finance operational knowledge in Accounting, Reporting, Taxation and FP&A.

Preferred skills

• Practical knowledge of Japanese financial regulations.
• Experience working with stakeholders.
