A global travel tech company is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen their brand visibility and engagement in Japan.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop and implement localized marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement.
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content and marketing materials tailored to the local audience.
- Monitor market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
- Oversee budget management and ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Required skills
- 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within travel, e-commerce, or digital platforms.
- Proven track record in executing successful brand campaigns and managing multi-channel marketing initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across various teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in Japanese and business-level English; additional language skills are an advantage.
