Job Description

You will be in charge of customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, and support of Windows Client. Also, you support the customers to build, deploy, operate and optimize enterprise environment.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Management in applications and Windows updates as well as supporting the Windows client environment.
  • Install, upgrade, maintain and troubleshoot the Windows client operating system
  • Troubleshoot the applications such as Antivirus and VPN, also hardware and drivers.
  • Setup and configuration of Windows client environments.

Hybrid: First 4-12 weeks - 80-90% at customer site, After that - 25-30% at customer site, remaining time Work-from-Home

Required skills

  • Solid experience in installing and managing Windows clients 10/11
  • Experience in configuring the authorization and authentication, configuring post-installation settings, and personalization.
  • Experience in networking and configuring networking on Windows clients.

※Japanese : Fluent-level

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of Windows servers 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022.
  • Experience in Active Directory and Hyper-V technology
  • Experience in providing Identity Management consulting and solutions
