Job Description

A main consultancy firm is hiring a M&A Strategy consultant. The chosen applicant will be accountable for providing advisory services regarding M&A of firms.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Carrying out market research and strategy planning.
  • Conducting due diligence procedures such as business, IT and operational due diligence.
  • Contributing to long-term business plans and business portfolio management.
  • Building business modules and planning new business initiatives.
  • Managing and implementing Post-Merger Integration strategies.

Required skills

  • For Associate / Senior Associate level, 3+ years of experience working in Consultant or Advisory firms within M&A, Strategy, Alliance or PMI areas, or relative experience in Marketing, Business & Financial Planning.
  • For Manager to Senior Manager level, 5+ years experience as above.
  • Business level of English proficiency.

Preferred skills

  • Working experience in Cross-border M&A or PMI projects.

Personal Attributes

  • Logical and systematic mind-set in solving challenging problems.
  • Efficient communication and client relationship management skills.
