Job Description

One of the fastest growing financial services firms is looking to hire talents for their M&A Advisory Manager role

Roles/Responsibilities

  • As a general manager of the M&A Advisory Business Division potential candidate will be responsible to manage about 5-10 members
  • Provide M&A advisory services or fund raising support for businesses, start-up companies
  • Research and analyze market trends and provide advanced and high-quality M&A advisory services
  • Research and analyze customer data
  • Work closely with executives to identify new business opportunities
  • Project and program management related to recruitment, public relations branding, and operational efficiency improvement

Required skills

  • Practical experience in M&A and fundraising operations
  • Practical team management experience
  • Basic knowledge of accounting, legal affairs, and finance related to M&A
  • Logical thinking ability to increase effectiveness in the workplace
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
  • Native-level Japanese is a must have requirement

Preferred skills

  • Business-level English
  • MBA degree
  • Accounting and finance qualifications
