Job Description

A global leader in legal services is looking for an HRBP for both Japan and Korea-based employees.


  • Work under the HR director to provide any HR-related operation service within the assigned area according to the organization's needs.
  • Ensure the efficiency of the overall operations in compliance with legislative requirements and the company's internal policies.
  • Monitor the talent management and the employee rewards.
  • Collaborate at a strategic level with internal/external partners to add value to the business.
  • Ensure the alignment of People strategies to the business plan.

Required skills

  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR generalist.
  • Experience in employee relationship management.

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of employment law and regulation.
