Job Description

World's leading electronic organization is looking for a program manager to lead the procurement system implementation project.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Establish and run the daily program management throughout the program life-cycle
  • Define the program governance and controls
  • Manage overall program teams including internal resources and external service providers
  • Plan the overall program and monitoring the progress, also manage the program's budget
  • Manage risks and issues and taking corrective measures
  • Manage and utilizing business resources across projects as well as stakeholders' communication
  • Arrange the necessary supplier communication and onboarding into the new Procurement platform, simultaneously ensure sustainable set up post implementation to drive for user adoption, process improvements and supplier enablement

Required skills

  • IT System implementation as Program Manager with leading cross-regional teams across multiple continents
  • Strong knowledge of Procurement (Indirect and Direct) processes and organization
  • Minimum of 3 years of business project management and change management experience
  • Demonstrated success leading/participating on multi-functional projects, and team development on a global scale

Preferred skills

  • Experience in medical device, life sciences or another highly regulated industrial environment is preferred
