Legal solutions provider searching for Customer Success Manager

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Be a center point and an important relationship manager for clients, delivering excellent customer service at all times.
  • Establish customer success plans, ensuring that existing clients are getting the maximum value of the services and products.
  • Develop further contact network within accounts, building and nurturing relationships with decision makers across divisions and teams.
  • Improve client retention, renewals and adoption as well as finding opportunities for upsell and process improvement.

Required skills

  • Experience in a client facing role(consulting, support, account management…).
  • Understanding of legal industry is a plus
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, understanding and speaking with exec level contacts.
