Senior Change Manager
About the job
I'm currently partnering with a well-known organisation in the FMCG sector that's undergoing a major digital and business transformation program. They're seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead the people side of change for complex technical streams-including data migration, reporting, integrations, RPA, and IT process improvements.
This role is key to engaging and supporting internal IT, Data, and Reporting stakeholders, ensuring they are ready and equipped for the upcoming change. You'll work closely with program leads and help drive adoption, business readiness, training, and communications across multiple national sites.
What You'll Do

Lead change management across technical program streams

Build strong relationships with IT, Data, and Reporting teams

Deliver change impact assessments, communications, and transition planning

Support training and capability uplift initiatives

Help embed changes into BAU and hypercare processes

Guide other Change Analysts or Managers as needed
What We're Looking For

8+ years in senior change roles within large-scale system/process transformations
-
Strong stakeholder engagement skills-especially with technical teams

Proven experience in agile environments, ideally in ERP or data-heavy programs

Confident communicator, facilitator, and influencer

Change certification (e.g., PROSCI) is a plus

Experience in FMCG or complex supply chain environments highly regarded
