We're partnering with one of Australia's leading banks to recruit two Senior Change Managers to support high-impact initiatives across their Cyber Security portfolio.
You'll join a collaborative and high-performing team focused on safeguarding the bank's people, customers, and data. The work you do will directly support the uplift of cyber resilience and ensure sustainable, effective organisational change.
Lead change strategy, business engagement, and delivery across multiple squads
Conduct detailed Change Impact Assessments and stakeholder analysis
Design and execute fit-for-purpose change interventions-communications, training, readiness activities, etc.
Develop clear, user-focused communications that simplify technical content
Measure change adoption and business readiness using structured metrics
Advise senior stakeholders and provide regular updates on change outcomes
Ensure all initiatives align with Group Security's risk and resilience goals
Proven experience as a Senior Change Manager in complex environments
Strong background in leading cybersecurity or technology-related change initiatives (Financial Services preferred)
Ability to turn technical content into clear, user-friendly messaging
Experience working in Agile delivery teams or squads
Autonomous, proactive, and outcome-focused
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Comfortable operating in risk-aware and compliance-driven environments
Exposure to large-scale regulatory or cyber resilience programs
PROSCI or equivalent change management certification
Familiarity with secure technology environments or Group Security teams
