Release Analyst

Release Analyst - Salesforce | $850-$950 per day + super | 6-month contract

A leading enterprise organisation is seeking an experienced Release Analyst to support the delivery of Salesforce-based technology initiatives within a fast-paced digital environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing technology team responsible for coordinating and executing releases across multiple environments.

Working closely with development, QA, DevOps, and external vendors, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and reliable deployments while maintaining strong governance across the release lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Salesforce deployments across sandbox, testing, and production environments

• Support release planning, scheduling, and execution across multiple teams

• Manage code merges, conflicts, and version control using GitHub

• Work closely with development and DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipeline processes

• Track releases, issues, and dependencies through Jira

• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful release outcomes

• Identify and resolve deployment blockers to keep releases on track

Key requirements

• Proven experience in a Release Analyst / Release Management role

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployments and sandbox environments

• Experience working with GitHub, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines

• Solid understanding of DevOps practices and SDLC best practices

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical and vendor teams

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced delivery environment
