This is an opportunity to join a large higher education institute to help them deliver one of their flagship programs focussed around their curriculum. This will include educational technology initiatives, alongside policy, process, technology and changes to the curriculum management system.
The Project Manager will work closely with the stakeholders, including academics etc to help improve the digital learning environment and and enhance the curriculum. This role is a hybrid role and will require on-site presence 3 days per week.
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead the planning and delivery of the workstream within the program
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including detailed project schedules and implementation roadmaps aligned with the program integrated schedule and scope and provide status reporting and input for governance documentation
- Identify and manage risks, issues, actions & dependencies and establish and maintain RAID registers
- Lead the implementation of technology capabilities that support authentic, secure and scalable assessment models
- Support the establishment of AI-enabled learning experiences
- Coordinate implementation of a curriculum and learning design platform
- Engage with faculties and central portfolios to identify requirements, manage dependencies and ensure successful adoption of new technologies and ways of working
Candidates should have the following skills and experience:
- Strong experience as a Project Manager within the higher education space
- Experience deliverying education tech initiatives
- Experience working on curriculum based projects/programs
- Strong program governance experience
- Experience liaising with faculty members and academics
Please note, this isn't your typical IT Project Manager opportunity, the successful candidate will need to have experience delivering curriculum and education tech projects.
