About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Pricing Manager to join a high-performing Commercial team in a newly created leadership position.
You'll take ownership of pricing strategy across the business working closely with Sales, Category teams, you'll play a critical role in developing pricing frameworks, incentive structures, and rebate mechanisms that drive growth and customer value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimise pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability.
- Review and sign off on large-scale bids and tenders, assessing risk and business impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Category to develop commercial offers.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a pricing team fostering growth, collaboration, and excellence.
- Analyse market trends and customer data to inform pricing mechanisms and incentive programs.
- Support customer meetings and negotiations to ensure commercial success.
- Conduct bid debriefs and drive continuous improvement in the tender process.
- Champion commercial acumen and profitability across the organisation.
About You
- Proven experience in pricing strategy within FMCG, B2B, or a commercial environment.
- Strong leadership background managing team leads or analysts.
- Excellent understanding of contracts, bids, and tender processes, including risk assessment.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills (HubSpot experience a plus).
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to make data-led, customer-focused decisions.
