Operations Analyst - Regulatory Reporting & Payments

Sydney | 12-month contract

We're seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to support regulatory reporting and internal change initiatives within a financial services environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and validate regulatory reports prior to submission

• Apply risk frameworks to assess issues and manage escalations

• Support payment operations, including payment flows and messaging

• Work with internal stakeholders across operations, risk and compliance

• Contribute to process improvements and workflow automation (Alteryx)

About you:

• Experience in regulatory reporting or operational risk

• Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail

• Understanding of risk management and escalation processes

• Payments operations experience highly regarded

• Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
