We are partnering with a leading advisory and professional services organisation to recruit an experienced Change and Transformation Lead to join their growing Engagement and Change Advisory practice in Sydney.
This is a senior leadership opportunity suited to an established consultant with strong experience delivering change, transformation, strategic communications, or stakeholder engagement services across complex infrastructure environments. The role offers the chance to work on meaningful major programs while contributing to the growth and evolution of a high-performing advisory team.
As a senior leader within the practice, you will work closely with clients across NSW and ACT to deliver end-to-end advisory services that support organisational transformation, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications outcomes.
This is a highly visible role combining delivery leadership, business development, and people leadership. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across major infrastructure initiatives while helping shape future opportunities and expanding client relationships.
Delivery Leadership
Lead the design and delivery of change and transformation programs across complex infrastructure projects.
Provide trusted strategic advice to senior client stakeholders, including executives and program leaders.
Develop and implement engagement, communication, and change strategies aligned with project objectives.
Apply leading practice methodologies to solve complex organisational and stakeholder challenges.
Business Growth
Contribute to building and managing a pipeline of opportunities within the infrastructure sector.
Support proposal development and strategic positioning for new work.
Leverage existing networks and develop strong client relationships to support continued growth.
Leadership
Lead project teams and mentor developing consultants.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Maintain strong client relationships while delivering high-quality outcomes.
Significant experience delivering change, transformation, communications, or stakeholder engagement services within infrastructure or related sectors.
Strong understanding of the NSW/ACT infrastructure market.
Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and deliver outcomes in complex environments.
Demonstrated experience contributing to business development or growing client relationships.
Experience within consulting or advisory environments will be highly regarded.
