A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to take full ownership of the change and stakeholder engagement plan across a highly visible program of work. A fantastic opportunity to take on a senior position amongst the team and make a real impact in delivery and implementation across this exciting program.
About the role:
Owning and delivering on the change plan and understanding stakeholder requirements
Managing stakeholder engagement strategies and plans for change resistance
Communication plan worked on in conjunction with internal communications team
Training plan that provides appropriate support for selected business units
Key members of projects by building strong relationships with project teams and business stakeholders.
Regular change management reporting
Highly collaborative with exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Previously Financial services experience
Extensive experience in managing a range of stakeholders
Experience across risk or regulatory projects advantageous
