The Business Analyst is a trusted business partner who brings to bear experience, analytical insight and knowledge in the Superannuation industry to support the business in achieving their desired benefits. The Business Analyst is also able to support increasing the maturity of internal processes in the areas of Business Design and Analytics.

Prepare for and facilitate workshops to understand current and desired future state
Elicit, analyse, validate and capture requirements through multiple techniques
Understand the business strategy, key drivers and objectives of the organisation and demonstrate how these are achieved through business focused requirements, solutions, architecture models and implementation strategy
Work with stakeholders, designing solution and ensuring alignment with business needs
Recommend design and capability improvements as needed
Knowledge of both waterfall and agile methodologies and the application of business analysis practices within these frameworks
Knowledge of; and extensive experience in the application of; contemporary business analysis best-practice frameworks (methodologies and processes) such as BABOK, Object Oriented Analysis & Design (e.g. UML), and business architecture (BPM, CBM, capability mapping, etc.).
Experience in Superannuation or Wealth essential
Demonstrated experience conducting analysis of business needs across a complex portfolio of initiatives and technical environment.
Strong interpersonal skills including, a strong ability to communicate and influence effectively across the most senior levels of the organisation.
Proven experience interpreting and translating analysis results into insightful, clear and succinct technical specifications and requirement documentation with tangible examples of where insights from best-practice analysis methodologies have resulted in value adding business outcomes
