An exciting opportunity for a Project Officer/Coordinator to work on supporting a project managing risk for grants using technology based solution.
The Project Coordinator oversees the project management activities and delivers business and project analysis tasks in consultation with the managers, and internal and external stakeholders to support strategy of the Program.
Working as part of the team responsible for identifying any potential fraud risks associated with the grants
They are building technology platforms to prevent risk
They are also doing policy legislative work to ensure that their work is in line with the government guidelines
Providing a range of engagement support services, given tight deadlines, limited resources and the need to manage competing priorities.
Managing communication with diverse stakeholders, within agreed timelines, given their varying expectations, viewpoints and interests.
Achieving milestones and supporting deadlines to required standards and within budget, given the need to simultaneously coordinate a range of activities.
Proactively managing the strategic engagement plan to ensure stakeholder relationships are optimised and risk is minimised.
Maintain regularities, discipline, and following up on project activities.
Building relationships and managing communication with diverse stakeholders including Evaluating the finished works and making revised planning for next projects
Experience in the public sector
Experience in grants management preferred
Experience in coordinating for ICT projects
Experience managing a variety of stakeholders
