Lead a team to develop, design and align change and communication plans across a major data program, for a leading Government Insurance Department.
This leading Government Insurance Department is seeking a Change Program Lead for a 6 month, based in Sydney. In this role you will be responsible for leading a team in developing, designing and aligning change and communications plans across a major data program.
Accountable for development and facilitating engagement and approval of the change strategy/approach across a Program of work.
Work with the relevant GM Business Owners across the Programs and Projects to ensure appropriate level of integrated planning and quality change delivery is being achieved, to optimise adoption of Program change.
Facilitate the Strategic Change planning process across the Program with relevant Change resources and stakeholders.
Design stakeholder engagement plan at Program level, ensuring consistency in approach across Projects.
Monitor the application of Change framework and quality oversight of change deliverables across the Program of work, ensuring approvals, and reviews are conducted appropriately.
Provide strategic Change risk assessments and assurance assessments on Program of work to inform Strategic decision making.
Coordinate engagement of Change resources across Program in consultation with Principal Change Practice.
Strong experience at Change program level on transformation-based programs.
Experience within Data Change Projects.
Experience with large-scale organizational change programs.
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
