A well known insurance brand currently seeking a business analyst for a large scale transformation project implementing workday

Our client is a globally successful insurance organisation with headquarters based in Sydney. This organisation is well known in the Australian market for their excellent company culture and benefits. As a result of recent growth & investment into new technology, an opportunity has arisen for a business analyst to join on a contract basis with the view to extend.

Role profile

Working on an exciting programme, with the aim to uplift and enhance the capabilities of workday and reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be tasked with the following:

  • Gathering requirements from internal stakeholders, and translating these requirements to the technical teams
  • Perform gap analysis on current applications and processes
  • Support with the development and implementation of new technologies/systems
  • Documenting processes, providing As-Is and To-Be future state processes
  • Partner closely with technical teams and the business to "bridge the gap" and drive solutions
  • Drive efficient project management through use of Agile methodologies

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following experience:

  • 3-5 years minimum experience as a business analyst
  • Experience working on Workday implementations/system enhancements
  • Strong technical skills combined with solid communication skills
