Total Rewards specialist

Job Description

A global supply chain logistics company is looking for a Total rewards specialist for its branch in Japan

Roles/Responsibilities

• Manage the reward aspect of all people policies and develop recognition tools to support the company's culture.
• Ensure a reward Strategy to support the business objectives of attracting, retaining and engaging talent.
• Work with the HR team to take part in various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze, report, and communicate key HR metrics to HR Director.
• Ensure competitiveness of the reward and benefits via research and benchmarking for best practices.

Required skills

• At least 5 years of experience as a C&B specialist or any similar function (Compensation, Benefits, HR consulting...)
• Knowledge of the Japanese Labor law

Preferred skills

• Previous experience in a similar industry
