Job Description

A Global Outdoor Consumer Goods Company - HRBP & TA Specialist

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Manage full recruiting cycle and activities for stores for both mid-career and new graduates
  • Work closely with hiring managers in retail divisions to develop recruiting strategies to support the hiring needs and to ensure timely placement to the open positions
  • Delegate recruiting activities to the store managers by providing necessary support and tools
  • Manage personnel changes of store employees and support on the performance management and review process
  • Support the retail managers on C&B related matters and other C&B related operations matters

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • A minimum of 5 years HR experiences, including TA and HRBP, prefer within the retail industry
  • Demonstrated strong communications and presentation skills as well as ability to drive for result
