Engineering Manager role in the SRE Team of Our client's Technology Division, responsible for enhancing service performance and reliability


  • Propose and implement strategies to fulfill SRE Team's role.
  • Prepare system and organization roadmaps, enhancing reliability and scalability.
  • Lead hiring and PR activities for engineering growth.
  • Conduct quarterly goal setting, evaluation, and 1-on-1 meetings.
  • Assign roles, and projects, and facilitate career growth.

Required skills

  • Strong understanding of SRE culture and mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of networks, security, and container management tools.
  • Experience in cloud systems design and operation.

Preferred skills

  • Financial services or microservice architecture experience.
  • OSS contribution, and coordination experience.
  • Knowledge of container runtime (Docker) and Kubernetes.
