Roles/Responsibilities

• Provide technical service and support to customers implementing Our Client's products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external customers to implement and launch solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, analyze system logs, and optimize performance through A/B testing.
• Manage tasks and resources, prioritizing customer requirements and requests.
• Contribute to Mobile App and web-frontend development, creating custom interfaces and logic.
• Write technical documentation for team reference.

Required skills

• Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL

Preferred skills

• Background and experience in Mobile App and web-frontend development.
