Service Operations Manager (Haken)

Job Description

A dedicated Service Operations Manager for an active role in Data Management for online services and projects.


  • Be in charge of service operations for multiple related products and services to reach the business objectives, goals, and KPIs.
  • Support system operations for external and internal online marketing events.
  • Improve efficiency and effectiveness of operation service by leading and managing the service operation team.
  • Work together with various project and product managers to map-out and confirm the requirements from the service operations improvement point of view.

Required skills

  • Have at least 5 years experience in service operation and at least 1 year of web application service operation.
  • Have a basic understanding of web application technology.
  • Be experienced in working with both Business teams and Tech teams to define and operate business processes.

Preferred skills

  • Proficient in both Agile environments and Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with web application development using Java, PHP, MySQL
  • Experience with the media, advertising, or marketing business with System testing being a major plus.

Personal Attributes

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong team player with both Business level Japanese and English skills.
