A dedicated Service Operations Manager for an active role in Data Management for online services and projects.
- Be in charge of service operations for multiple related products and services to reach the business objectives, goals, and KPIs.
- Support system operations for external and internal online marketing events.
- Improve efficiency and effectiveness of operation service by leading and managing the service operation team.
- Work together with various project and product managers to map-out and confirm the requirements from the service operations improvement point of view.
- Have at least 5 years experience in service operation and at least 1 year of web application service operation.
- Have a basic understanding of web application technology.
- Be experienced in working with both Business teams and Tech teams to define and operate business processes.
- Proficient in both Agile environments and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with web application development using Java, PHP, MySQL
- Experience with the media, advertising, or marketing business with System testing being a major plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong team player with both Business level Japanese and English skills.
